Hurts so good
Yesterday, when walking around downtown, I could feel that I had been to yoga the night before. I slept perfectly aligned on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I think I walked taller and sat straighter. Today when walking about, I could feel my muscles stretching. I'm soooooo glad I've found a yoga place. Even if it's just twice a week, it is definitely better than nothing. And when I meet the Harpeth Hills group in Cozumel in 4 weeks, Ashley will have my Bikram CDs, and I can practice at home. I'll look like a fool, but I'll certainly feel better!
